Important Terms

  1. Offer Eligibility:

    2. -The 30% discount is valid only on Standard and Deluxe Room categories for stays from 13th–15th March 2025.

    - Available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to room availability.

    - Must book by 28th February 2025 to avail the discount.


  2. Booking & Payment:

    3. - Discount applies to base room rates only; excludes taxes, service charges, and additional amenities (e.g., spa, transport).

    - A non-refundable 20% advance deposit is required to confirm booking.

    - Full payment must be completed 24 Hours prior to arrival.


  3. Cancellation & Modifications:

    4. - Cancellations made 48 Hours prior to arrival: Deposit forfeited.

    - Cancellations within 12 Hours of arrival: 100% cancellation fee applies.

    - Date modifications subject to availability; additional charges may apply.


  4. Data Usage Policy:

    5. - By booking, guests consent to Vow Resorts using their personal data (name, email, phone) for promotional communications.

    - Guests may opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe links or by emailing [privacy@vowresorts.com].

    - Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.


  5. Offer Exclusions:

    6. - Discount cannot be combined with other offers, loyalty points, or corporate rates.

    - Excludes peak-season dates, suites, and villa categories..

    - Activities/meals not mentioned in the itinerary (e.g., alcoholic beverages, à la carte orders) incur extra charges.


  6. Event & Liability:

    7. - Participation in Holi celebrations (e.g., color play, Holika Dahan) is at guests’ own risk. Vow Resorts is not liable for allergies, injuries, or damages.

    - The resort reserves the right to modify/cancel events due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances..


  7. Promotional Use:

    8. - Photos/videos taken during events may be used for Vow Resorts’ marketing (website, social media). Guests may request exclusion via written notice at check-in.


  8. Governing Law:

    9. - Disputes governed by laws of Ramnagar, Uttarakhand, India where the resort is located.


  9. Force Majeure:

    10. - Vow Resorts is not liable for cancellations/delays due to natural disasters, pandemics, or government advisories.

  10. General:

    11. - Vow Resorts reserves the right to amend terms or withdraw the offer without prior notice.

    - Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
